Enjoy the delicious taste of thick quickly-boiled kombu that doesn't fall apart.

This kelp is ideal for kelp rolls, beans, oden hot pot, and more. When boiled, it becomes thick and soft.

Don't worry if you see white powder, it's the umami (mannite) of the kelp. After opening, cut into the preferred size and store in cans or Tupper.
