SALT "AMAMI SANGO SHIO" - 奄美さんご塩 200g

It was made from sea water which is highly transparent gushed out Yoron island's coral. Before making salt, sea water was filtered by natural coral then boiled down slowly.
Why salt making by this way , salt which pass through coral contains a lot of calcium and has mild taste.
