In order to make a truly delicious salty ponzu, we have chosen the best ingredients. Based on the refreshing aroma and sourness of yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture, we prepared a well-balanced mixture of vinegar and soup stock. In addition, the use of traditional sea salt from Izu Oshima and Hiragama gives it a mild salty taste.
