Made with carefully selected kombu seaweed from Hokkaido, Japan, this traditional Japanese seasoned kombu is crafted without chemical flavour enhancers, yeast extract or hydrolysed protein.
The kombu is gently prepared without high-temperature drying, giving it a pleasantly soft texture. It is then carefully matured for between 3 days and 2 weeks to develop a naturally rich and mellow umami flavour.
Perfect with steamed rice, mixed into onigiri, or as a topping for tofu and salads. It can also be enjoyed on its own as a savoury snack.

Kombu Seaweed (Hokkaido, Japan), Soy Sauce, Mirin, Sugar, Salt, Sake, Rice Vinegar.

Storage
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
