SMOKED TAKUAN - いぶりがっこ (一本漬けMｻｲｽﾞ)

Iburi Gakko is a takuan pickles made using a method unique to Akita Prefecture, in which daikon radish is smoked during the drying process.
It is characterized by its crispy texture and unique flavor that combines the savory aroma of smoked daikon with the sweetness of daikon, and is a rare smoked vegetable pickle not only in Japan but also in the world.
