A colourful mix of seven varieties of citrus fruit grown in Ehime Prefecture, Japan, sliced with the peel and carefully dried to preserve their natural flavour and aroma.

The mix includes Unshu mandarin, Iyokan, Shiranui, Kawachi Bankan, Haruka, blood orange and lemon. Enjoy the different balance of sweetness, tartness and bitterness unique to each citrus variety.
