This Fermented Rice Bran Bed Uses Iron powder.

Thanks to it's natural salt properties, it has a saltiness that brings out the taste of vegetables.
Hokkaido dashi kelp and natural shiitake mushroom powder are used which result in a delicious and long lasting flavor.

■How to use RICEBRAN PICKLES BED "NUKADOKO"
Only requiring 1 liter of water, you'll be pleased at how easy it is to make!
(If you add about half a cup of beer, the fermentation will be faster.)

-When pickling carrots:
Carrot: Divide into two or four and rub in natural salt.
Carrots are pickled slowly, so pickle them for about two days.
