FREEZE DRIED TOFU - 信濃雪こうや豆腐 8p 65g

This is made from whole soybeans from Japan!

Using seawater derived bittern and no softening agents (baking soda), this has an old fashioned and firm texture that results in delicious freeze dried tofu.

◇How to eat◇
○Not use baking soda, please soak it in hot water adequately then cut it as you like and cook.
○If you like soft texture, add baking soda(2g) into 500ml hot water(60℃) then soak dried tofu.
