Ginger Syrup- ジンジャーシロップ

Made with a blend of three varieties of Japanese ginger grown by contract farmers, this premium ginger syrup has a bold, dry and naturally spicy flavour.

The ginger is carefully ground using a traditional stone mill until smooth, preserving its natural fibre and intense aroma. The use of strongly flavoured ginger varieties gives this syrup its distinctive warming heat and refreshing finish.

Perfect mixed with sparkling water for a homemade ginger ale, or diluted with hot water for a warming ginger drink. It can also be used in cocktails, tea and cooking.

Ginger (Japan), Honey, Beet Sugar, Yuzu Juice (Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan), Spices.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume as soon as possible.
