RICE BRAN - 米ぬか 500g

Rice Bran has various way to use, Not only Pickling(Nuka-duke) but also eating as it is.

Actually, nutritious and it must be good at diet.

◆How to use◆
◎Roasted Rice Bran

Please roast Rice Bran as soon as possible because it get oxidized gradually if leave it as it is. 
※Use up about 1 week after roasted rice bran

1. Cook only rice bran on the stove in a pan.(no any oil) 
2. Keep medium heat, not to burn it, stir well by such as wooden spatula and keep roasted.  
3. When you smell roasting aroma, it's done.(2-3mins)
4. Let it cool, Please put it into container and storage in refrigerator or freezer. 
   
   

Just add it to your meal or drink and stir. You can enjoy with Curry, Stew, Spaghetti Bolognese, Yogurt, Soymilk, Milk.
