Rice Syrup - 米あめ

A traditional Japanese rice syrup made using only organic rice and organic barley grown in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.

This naturally sweet syrup contains no added sugar or preservatives. With its gentle, mellow sweetness and smooth texture, it is softer and easier to use than traditional rice syrup.

Perfect as a natural alternative to sugar in cooking and baking. It can also be spread on bread, drizzled over yoghurt, or used to add a delicate sweetness to a variety of dishes.
