YUZU PONZU - 心の酢 ゆず香 300ml

This all-purpose yuzu ponzu vinegar is made by combining vinegar with the fragrant juice of organic yuzu grown in Kochi Prefecture. It can be enjoyed as-is, or used in a variety of ways to create delicious dishes and drinks! The combination of this citrus fruit and vinegar may sound a bit sour, but is pleasantly balanced and displays a beautiful natural color. Not overpowering, it's a great addition to dipping sauces for when you're eating YUDOHU, NABE, or even GYOZA!

■How to enjoy 
-For a healthier choice, it can be used to create salad dressings or vinegared miso!
Mix the yuzu vinegar with soy sauce and cooking oil in a 1:1:1 ratio.

-You can also enjoy this yuzu ponzu as a refreshing drink by mixing it with your favorite seltzer!
